I can’t see messages or calls anymore as a secondary on account. Why?

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into your concerns.
You can review our AT&T Learn who can manage accounts online at myAT&T here. A person with secondary access can co-manage the account online in myAT&T. They can do most of the same things as the person with primary access.
You can also refer to: Add, remove, or request secondary online access for AT&T service help.
Please feel free to reach back out if you have any further questions! Have a great day!

There are no secondary account holders. There is the account holder and they can add authorized users.

There is such a thing as a secondary user. The secondary user can do almost everything the primary account holder can do. And more than authorized retail users can.
AT&T used to have a chart which showed the different access for each type of user.
There is still only one account holder, the only name on the bill the only social security number on the bill and the only one responsible for the bill. Even though an address may include a second name
