Samsung galaxy z fold 4 DONT BUY JUNK at&t wont make it right!!!!!!

Been an iPhone user with AT & T for over 30 years.  upgraded to Samsung galaxy z fold 4.  6 weeks later, while zipped in my front pocket, It broke.  Big black line down the center of fold so screen no longer works.  filed claim with insurance and got new one. 275.00 dollar deductible.  HATE this phone.  so far I'm in the hole for 2000.00.  want to give new one back to at & t  and get iPhone.  Customer support refused to help me because I'm 2 weeks past the 30 days.  Have to pay full balance for Samsung phone before they would help me.  Seriously thinking of changing service.  I'm thinking Verizon.  I hear their customer service is excellent.  VERY disappointed with at &t service.

AT&T does not make the phone or warranty the phones. That is the manufacturer's responsibility. If the same thing happens with Verizon, you will most likely get the same result.

AT&T sold me this phone and I don't want or like it.  It use to be AT&T policy to provide a phone that the customer is happy with.  My friend had an issue with a phone (has Verizon as the carrier) that she did not care for and Verizon waived her return time frame and gave her a different phone so I do not believe I would get the same result if I switched carriers.

Verizon Return Policy

Good luck with getting the Return Policy waived.

AT&T's return policy is 14 days, so you are over a month past that.

It stinks that you don't like the phone, but that's not AT&T's fault. You had 2 weeks to decide if you liked it or not. You should sell it on eBay or swappa and use the proceeds to buy a phone you like more.

If you purchased on a payment plan and don't plan on paying that off as a lump sum, make sure to advertise that it's locked to AT&T and won't be eligible for unlock for 35 more months.
