rude customer service

Terrible service, everyone is rude, there is no help from them!  employee Kevin was rude and insulted me, please take a closer look at this employee!  and have a conversation with him, because as he talks with customers, there is no such service anywhere!  shame on you at&t

kevin was rude and said that we only sell mobile devices here and all you need to do is call this number, I've been calling the hotline for 3 days, they just drop me there, I can't solve my problem!
