Ridiculous hold time for recent order

Hi there. I have been on hold for over TWO HOURS for assistance with an extra letter added to my email address for an order. Can anyone get in touch???

Thank you for reaching out. At the moment, there is no way of changing your email address in the order. If the order is canceled because you included the wrong email, you should be able to make the order fresh after. It might take several days for the charges to be returned to your bank account, and it can take up to five business days to be reset on your account if this is connected to an upgrade.
