Return my phone and cancel my plan early?
I have had a change in employment and cant pay for my phone anymore. If I return my phone, will that settle the remaining balance of my plan? I know there will be early cancelation fees or something similar. But ive had this phone for 6 months and still owe 900$, so eating the cost and selling it isnt really an option for me. Ive been paying my monthly bill out of savings and that is almost gone. So far the internet says my options are either pay the phone off or stay stuck with the plan. Is there anything else i can do?

If you cancel the line with the equipment that you have an Installment plan on your account will be assessed the full remaining balance of the device. So yes, the internet is correct.
