Having active service is important, @chrisarah06! Here are some important information about payment arrangement and what is required to reinstate your service.

Enrolling in a payment arrangement does not stop service interruption especially if you have exceeded the threshold for non-payment. Even while service is suspended, monthly plan fees continue.

Payment of the total past due balance is required to restore service for non-pay suspension. This applies whether the entire account or a single line is suspended.

To find out how to restore wireless service for an account suspended due to nonpayment visit Restore service after a nonpayment suspension:

Here’s how to get your service up and running again:

  1. Pay the full past-due balance on your account.
  2. Wait 5 minutes.
  3. Turn your device off and on again to reactivate your service.

Learn about ways to pay your bill. It's even possible to pay without signing in.

Scheduling a payment arrangement is a great way to avoid service interruption if you think you can't pay by the due date. In instances where you may want to change a payment arrangement, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Payment activity & options to see your payment activity.
  2. Select See scheduled payments & arrangements to change the date, amount, or payment method.

Heads up: Be sure to make your changes at least 1 day before the scheduled payment date. After that, you can’t change or cancel it.

That has to be a typo. Do you really think you can pay half the bill in April and the other half 7 months later and still have active services?

@Lockdowncraziness I'm pretty sure those dates are written as dd/mm/yyyy, it's just hard to tell because April 4 is the same whether it's dd/mm or mm/dd.
