Refund status

My order was cancelled with AT&T last Thursday Oct 4th, 2017. They told me it would take 24-48 hours but I still have not received anything. Any ideas on a time frame for this refund?

Getting a canceled order refunded is definitely important. I am more than happy to help with this today!


Here is a great page where you can check the status of your order. Here are the steps:


  1. Go to Order status.
  2. Do one of the following: Search for your order. Log in to you myAT&T account.
  3. Recent orders will display on the page.
