Rebate not being applied, link never sent
I posted a question about a new phone rebate that hasn’t been applied despite MANY calls and trips to the store. At & t replied they’d like to help and made my post Private. They also said they’d send a link so they can help, that reply went to someone that was replying to my post. How can I get the help I need???

I assume that what you were speaking of is credits for the trade-in promotion. Trade-in credits don't begin until your third, and in some cases the 4th billing cycle after your trade-in is complete.
You must be on a plan that says 'Unlimited data' in the plan name. It's required. You must remain on installments to get credits.
If this is all done correctly, and still no credits, file a Better Business Bureau complaint online and someone from AT&T upper management will call you
