Price from family to individual contract

If I am moving from a family plan to my own individual plan, will the price go up to whatever the normal rate of starting a new plan is? How do you know what you will pay on the new account?

We are here to provide you with our plan prices per line, @theredheadperson.

Thank you to our ACE @formerlyknownas for this information! You can view our unlimited plans and click on the number of lines you plan to have on your own account. If it's just one, click the orange ball above the number, as our ACE stated, so you can view the different prices per plan.

If you are moving from a family plan to your own account with only one line, then yes, your plan price will increase. The more lines on the account, the lower the plan per line.

Also, when signing up for Autopay & Paperless billing, you can receive a $10 discount each month. This will help with saving time and avoiding possible late fees.

Hope this helps! Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums.

Yes an individual line costs more than the average cost of two lines. If you go to att.com you will see the premium, extra, and starter plan costs.   Move the orange bar to 1.

You'll see 85, 75 and 65 respectively.

Those are after autopay and paperless billing discount, before taxes and installments
