Placing an Online Order

Over the last two weeks I've tried to purchase the iPhone 13 several times, and my order gets cancelled every time. I keep receiving this message: " For your security, we canceled your order. We couldn't confirm this order came from you. We'll release any pending charges within 3 business days. Want to reorder? Just grab your ID and Go to an AT&T store. " But I do not want to go into the store, I am very ill and don't wanna risk the chance of infecting others or becoming worse myself. I'm going on three weeks with no cellular device and AT&T is making this very difficult by constantly cancelling every order I place
