Payment extension

My service stopped and I can’t renew it until this evening. Is there a way to extend my service without paying until tonight?

No once your service is suspended for non-payment the only way to resume service is to pay to a zero balance.

Postpaid service is not usually suspended until you are well over a month overdue so you may have a second bill on top of the first one. You must pay everything, not just the past due amount.

The time to request an extension was to make late payment arrangements in your online account before your Bill was due.

If you are prepaid there's never any credit extension. It's like a vending machine you pay you get 30 days of service and then you have to pay again.

Prepaid can use BridgePay which allows you to pay a lesser amount for one week's worth of service. If you are prepaid login to your account and scroll down to the add-ons and possibly select bridge pay which can only be selected after your original 30 days of service terminated
