Arrangements won't get your service restored; only payment in full will.

This ⬆️

Once you're past due, you can no longer make payment arrangements. Typically they don't even allow you to restore service until your balance is 0

How to restore wireless service

Here’s how to get your service up and running again:
  1. Pay the full past-due balance on your account.
  2. Wait 5 minutes.
  3. Turn your device off and on again to reactivate your service.

I understand you can't get your service restored with a payment arrangement you have to make a payment.....I did however mention in the post that I was actually able to make a minimum payment to restore my services and thank fully someone was able to help me and I was also able to make an arrangement for the rest of my balance. And I've been able to make payment arrangements even if past due which helps keep me up to date unfortunately this time I ended up sick and missed a payment thank you for the responses I was able to get this resolved.
