Passcode retrieval
I am unable to retrieve my wireless passcode because the phone is not accessible. A Better Business Bureau complaint has been filed as well as preliminary contact with a law firm to initiate legal action. I wish to retrieve my passcode for the purpose of canceling the wireless plan. AT&T refuses to cancel the plan without passcode confirmation which creates a never ending loop.

Can you log into your online account? The passcode can be reset there.
