OUTRAGEUOSLY CONCERNED HIGHLY UPSET WITH ZERO UNDERSTANDING !!!

HI FOLKS SO I WILL TRY TO SHORTEN THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF PURCHASING A GALAXY S22 ULTRA 256GB

WEN I RAN INTO SOME ISSUES SO I CALLED ATT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A ATT REP ASSISTED ME TOOK ME THRU THE WHOLE PURCHASING SET UP SPILL AS WELL AS GIVING ME SEVERAL OPTIONS SO I THOUGHT OK THAT WAS EASY, NOW MIND YOU CONVERSATION  ALONG WITH PURCHASING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND COMPLETED ALONG WITH THE PAYMENT OF $147.00 UP FRONT. SO IM INFORED OF THE DELIVERY DATE AND LOW AND BEHOLD MY PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED ACCORDINGLY, HOWEVER WHEN I OPEN THE PACKAGE ITS NOT THE PHONE I HAD DISCUSSED WITH THE ATT REP IT WAS A GALAXY S20 FE  NOT A S22 ULTRA 2564GB. SO LET SEE HOW DO I SOME THIS UP. IN A MATTER OF 1.5 MONTHS I HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT ATT REPS AND NHOT ANY OF THEM COULD ASSIST ME AT ALL I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR ALMOST 2HRS 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND TO TOP IT OFF SPEAKING WITH A SUPEREVISOR AT THAT I WAS FURIOUS I WAS INFORMED THAT NO MANAGERS WERE AVAIBLE TO COME TO THE PHONE EVEYTIME I HAVE ASKED. BY THUS TIME I STILL HADNT RECIEVED MY REFUND NO HAVE I BEEN ASSISTED WITH THE ISSUES THAT I WAS FACING, NON THE LESS THE LAST REP I CALLED SAYS OH I HAVE TO SEND YOU TO OUR FRAUD DEPARTMENT ANYHOOT I SPEAK WITH THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT AND THE PEOPLE THERE ARE BEYOND HELPING SOMEONE LET ALONE THEMSELVES. SO NOW I HAVE NO PHONE  NO SERVICE AND NOW MY NUKBER BELONGS TO ATT BECAUSE IT WAS PORTED OVER FROM TMOBILE. I FINALLY RECIEVED MY REFUND YET THEY FAILED TO GIVE ME BACK MY NUMBER UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT THIS WHOLE SCREW UP WAS ON THIER BEHALF. THE VERY LAST CALL I MADE AN ATT REP PUT ME THRU THE WHOLE SPILL AGAIN AND THEN SENT ME TO THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL AND SO THEY APPROVED ME JUST TO TURN AROUND AND DENY ME THE FOR THE SAME SERVICE. SO NOW IM ONLINE AND THERES A BILL WAITING FOR ME HOWEVER I SEE THEY CXL MY SERVICE. AND YET NO ONE TILL THIS DAY FROM ATT HAS CALLED ME TO SEE ABOUT REACTIVATING MY SERVICES OR OFFEREING SOME TYPE OF APOLOGY WHICH I WELL (Edited per community guidelines) DESERVE. SO NOW WHAT ATT IM NOT GONNA CALL YOUR SO CALLED CSR DEPARTRMENT FOR ASSISTANCE ARE YOU KIDDING. WHICH LEADS ME TO ASK THE UPPPER UPPER MGRS WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO REGARDING THIS FABULOUS INTRODUCTION OF ATT THAT WAS PRESENTED TO ME ONE MY FIRST WEEK WITH YOU AS A NEW CLIENT WHICH I MAY ADD THAT I NEVER WAS NEVER ABLE TO USE UR SERVICES AT ALL ALONG WITH HAVING NO PHONE. THANK YOU AND I HOPE THAT SOMEONE WHO CAN MOVE A MOUNTAIN WILL CAOL ME TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. HERES MY INFO

If you want understanding, then try making a clear post. Please do not type in ALL CAPS, as that is essentially shouting. Also it would be nice to have paragraph breaks somewhere in there so the screen is not an entire wall of text. Helps when your post is easy for others to read.

Also for everyone's privacy and protection, it is against the forum guidelines to list email addresses or full names. Something to be careful of for the future.

You did make the post very difficult to read by using all capital letters.

You also left out information.

Perhaps this is why you are not getting the help you need from AT&T.

If you cannot communicate clearly here, I assume perhaps you are not communicating well with AT&T either. 

Create a bulleted list

  • Date you ordered
  • Receipt for what phone?  How much?  
  • Returned? 
  • When? 
  • How? 
  • Refund taxes? 
  • When? 
  • New phone ordered? Yes? No? 

  • Do you want to stay with AT&T or do you want to Port your phone number back to T-Mobile?  
  • Do you know what you need from AT&T in order to Port your number back to T-Mobile?

You need to get your ducks in a row. From your first post you not only do not have ducks in a row you have no ducks, you have no birds of any sort. All you have is a disjointed and incoherent diatribe. 

Once you have the list of questions filled out, go online and file a Better Business Bureau complaint. The complaint is forwarded back to AT&T upper management and someone will contact you.  If you do not have a method of receiving a phone call, please indicate that and put an email or some other method of contact.

First and Foremost yes you are correct however this was a sudden decision that i had made to post. So my apologies for the on going sentences and caps. However i did not realize that i had chosen a chat forum that taught such  articulate and eloquent  english to better my oral presentation. Have a good day:)

unfortunately my communication skills are way above average however i was only trying to make the story short so maybe next time i will just take up the next 2 or 3 pages to explain myself clearly so you folks could understand. I clearly hear and accept the feed back however your response has not assisted me in any way shape or form. If you clearly didnt understand then you could have just shot me a message to clarify myself. Everyone have a good day.

FYI:  This is a customer-to-customer message board and NOT a way to contact AT&T.  We are all customers just like you.

On rare occasions, @ATTHelp  will offer assistance.  Other than that, you can file a complaint via BBB.

Anytime someone uses poor grammar or spelling, an English teacher loses his/her wings. 🧚
