order problems
I put in an order a month ago. Tried to keep my number but since its prepaid i had some trouble. So i called 4 times and have been on hold for an hour before giving up each time. I tried online support and same results as calling....I have gotten no where. I just want to change my choice to switch numbers to just get a new number. At this rate i think its best to just cancel the order all together(which i have to call to do that to....) and go with tmobile or something.

I'd say cancel your current order no matter what.
Is your number an AT&T prepaid number? If so, go to a corporate-owned AT&T store to place a new order.
If not, place a new order online.

ive tried that i press cancel order and it says i need to call customer support to cancel it then i sit on hold for an hour till im sick of waiting
