This is exactly what happened to me. So I went to the Apple Store instead. Ridiculous that AT&T can't handle an online order. The issue? My billing address is different from the shipping address where I wanted my order delivered. How does that make any sense? And the online upload ID system, doesn't work!

You might have put that in your own thread. It is absolutely going to cause a fraud flag in the system and your order would be canceled.

I'm sending an iPad to my son who is also an authorized user of our account. I uploaded my identification through AT&T as requested. I provided my credit card information. I provided my billing address. I provided my password and password code. I went through this process THREE times. Never once was I told by the chat tech that it was impossible to ship the iPad to an address different from my billing address. Each time I was told "not to worry" - "you are a valuable customer" - "thank you for your patience" - "we will get this set up" and so on and so on. Tell me that it's impossible to ship an order to anything other than the billing address and then I'll go to the store instead of wasting time believing I can actually get this process done online.
