No instruction for sending back iPhone 12 Pro Max Trade-In
I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max online and selected to trade in my iPhone Xs Max (which I’ve paid off) for $700.00 credit. However, there were no instructions provided in the confirmation email, in the box in which the new phone was shipped, and no mention of the credit or my old phone in my account. I can’t find anything in the current online documentation. I’m hesitant to ship the trade-in in the box that was provided for returns. Is that the correct box or what is the procedure?

no that box is to return the new iPhone if you dont like it , once you activate your 12 you will receive shipping materials to send your trade in, it takes 3 billing cycles before you see the credits on your bill
