Nightmare on El Camino Real

I walked into an AT&T store asking for help and, in my work clothes and did not look completely presentable the employees at the AT&T store did not help me, I asked for help with my service being suspended one of the young men there This day I still don’t know his name, asked me if I paid my bill  I told him no, but I had a payment arrangement Because I think AT&T suspending make account prematurely. He then looked at me and said we don’t handle payment arrangements here.  I then asked if I could use the phone to contact ATT, he pointed to a display phone and said to use that. Anyone who has called AT&T knows that it takes quite some time to get in contact with any live person in customer service. What I was not aware of is the display phones only allow 5 mins of call time then it drops the call, this rep was aware of this. As I was explaining to the agent after the third dropped call what my intent was I realized I should tell her I was a business customer with more than one line. I will not bore anybody with the rest of the story even though there are parts that really really devastated me as a business owner I am just writing on this form because this is my only way of trying to see how can I get in touch with somebody at AT&T management to help me resolve this matter being that they have no chatline or anything like that I am looking to close my account immediately and this is not a hyperbole this is not a joke I am just not gonna give out account information on this forum but if any AT&T management is monitoring I am a real business customer looking to have a real situation resolved and you’re more than welcome to privately communicate with me if you know anything about the situation

Even if suspended you can still dial 611 from your phone to contact AT&T.

There is no email support or contact. First you need to find out if it’s an authorized retailer or corporate store. Authorized retailer is independently owned so you would contact the owner with the number posted in a window or door. I’ve had upgrades take up to 3 hours before. It all depends on how many phones etc.
