New line no phone

I have this line that I never receiver a phone for. How can we fix this problem because I just paid August 3, 2022 for a bill of AT&T $1800. I can't afford anything right now, but I want my phone for work.

Call at&t.   

This is primarily a customer populated forum, not a way to reach AT&T directly. If you have a major problem with billing, file a Better Business Bureau complaint online, please make sure the Better Business Bureau complaint includes a method of reaching you. The complaint is forwarded back to AT&T upper management and someone will call you.
