It's important to be able to sign in to the myAT&T app, Twdgs86. Let's look into a resolution for you.
One of the actions that can help is to clear the app cache of your device. Use our AT&T Device Support Center to find your device's make and model then choose Troubleshooting followed by App Troubleshooting.
Clearing your cache can free up valuable space and resolve conflicts on your phone as old cached data can become corrupt, causing larger performance trends on your device. If this is the first time you're signing in to the myAT&T app you'll want to close the app, wait 1-2 minutes, then test your results by tapping the app to open it again.
Alternatively, you can use a web browser either on your phone or computer to visit the Sign in to view your account details, manage multiple accounts, upgrade your services, and view and pay your AT&T bills online.
Reach back out to us and let us know how this goes. If you're unable to sign in despite these steps we definitely want to look into a resolution for you.

Got it fixed by uninstalling the app re-downloading the app.
