My at&t prepaid account disconnected today but I just added money this sunday

You’re  already gone.   And with pay per use gone, you were going to lose the balance and leave AT&T anyway.  

Anyone have luck getting phone number restored?

I have the same problem my fon is Galsxy S21+,5G and they stopt me all fon calls i cant make a call or some one to call me .

I have the same problem witout informingme AT&T stopt me all fon calls i cant call or some one to call me My fon is 5G,Samsung gslaxy s21+.I use the service with my nomber since one year June 2021.No one can help me and explane me why they stop calls.

A small update on my case: My complaint filed on Better Business Bureau is solved. They were able to find my $774 balance and received a refund for it. They were quick and reactive, very easy process.

This also happened to me today I made a payment on the 31 st when my plan was to renew then they did not renew my plan they also put me on hold several times then said they refunded me I did not get the refund and my phone number is deactivated they also disabled my sim Nd took the rest of my data add on that I paid for

This cannot possibly be the same problem because the people who are posting are doing so because they have an incompatible phone and a pay per use plan.
