My ATT application

I just called into your company; like I have had to do several times in the past in order to try to remedy our internet or lack of internet situation. I called into your office (Nashville, TN Branch) and spoke with Denise. She tried every-which way in the world 

'Not to Help Me'. Every question I had about anything related to internet speed and connection etc; she told me that she/At&t could not help. I explained that I had to find a solution to this problem because my wife is working from home, with the State of Tennessee; and we have limited internet connection. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she got very, very hostile. I finally got to speak to her Supervisor John in Nashville, TN. He instructed me to go through your MyAtt Application. So, I have spent a total of 4 hours trying to get a solution for my 'very slow' internet speed and the At&t supervisor in Nashville, TN instructed me to use an application on my phone. He stated that all my answers would be gotten through this application. So I used your app. to find a Wifi-Extender. You have one with price $39.99. I tried for an additional hour to use this app. but it will not allow me to ship it. I am unable to purchase anything using this application. My review of this application is that it is being used by your company to "Pass customers" off onto using it but in the end; it doesn't work correctly. I had to go through your automated product line in order to purchase this product................oh and guess what; it costs $59.99 now using your automated service. I can not wait until CEMC, which is our government controlled Electric Service, starts putting in fiber optic cable throughout Middle Tennessee so I will no longer have to deal with your service........or lack there of.
