My AT&T App

need help getting logged into my AT&T app

We're happy to help with logging into your AT&T App @holliehurley.


First, make sure you have your:

  • User ID (formerly called an AT&T Access ID)
  • Password for signing in to myAT&T
  • Security passcode (only if you added extra security)

Enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields on the sign-in page. Then select Sign in to access your account.

  • You can recover your ID or reset your password online. Go to Forgot ID or Forgot password and follow the prompts.
  • If you enabled extra security, sign in to myAT&T with your ID and password then select Forgot passcode. Follow the prompts to change your security passcode.

If you don’t have an ID for signing in, learn how to create a user ID. When you create an ID, you also choose an account to manage online.
