My Account

I have ordered a NetGear Night Hawk Wireless hotspot router last week and have not received an account number after purchasing the device. The device was purchased on your website and I received it on Friday. But I would like to activate the device and set up an account but when I try to create a UserID it asks for an account number which I do not have. I tried to talk to customer service and it did not help at all. I never had anything with AT&T until I purchased the router. Below are the only two emails I received from your company. In the first email, there was a phone number that is crossed out that I was not sure what it was for.

We advise that if you haven't already follow these instructions or dial 877.990.0041 to check whether you're eligible to receive AT&T Fixed Wireless Internet.

 

If you qualify, you'll be able to activate your account and begin enjoying your service after device set up.
