Missing installment options, new customer.

We bought unlocked devices and activated on the highest ATT unlimited plans. We are thinking about new iPhones when they come. Out, but we don’t get any installment options. What’s up with that? I’ve never had ATT before, stellar credit.

How long have you been a customer? You typically need to be a customer “in good standing” for 2-3 months before you are allowed to start an installment plan. You could have started one at the time you became a customer.
