Loyalty Management Refund

I have tried since November of 2022 to resolve a charge placed on my account.

I have been a loyal AT&T customer for 20 years. This is insane, I have spoken and hung up on by no less than 15 Representatives and or Management. I have spent right at 20 hours on the phone in the last 5 days. And was told twice refund was being placed, however it is still not done. And I don’t have refund, and I don’t have Phone. So why would I pay any thing when your service reps and managers can not do their jobs and get customer resolution.

I have photos,tracking numbers and detail times names and reference of call.

so I am at a loss what to do now.

please refund my account.

Also I was told Jan 23rd credit would be placed on account amount plus taxes and any late charge fees.

And I was told the same thing on Jan 11th, 2023 Before they tacked on fees and have basically called me a liar when I have photo date and time stamp and tracking information. Along with names dates, and times I have spoken to reps and managers.

I finally called back after 16 Representives and almost 2 months & 20 + hours on hold.

I great a great Representative GARY from Kentucky.

He was amazing and also knew what he was doing. He had worked multiple departments so he was well versed.

He solved the issue and finally took the stress away. I was almost to the point of seeking representation. I am so glad GARY from Kentucky  solved the issue.
