Loyalty Management Refund
I have tried since November of 2022 to resolve a charge placed on my account.
I have been a loyal AT&T customer for 20 years. This is insane, I have spoken and hung up on by no less than 15 Representatives and or Management. I have spent right at 20 hours on the phone in the last 5 days. And was told twice refund was being placed, however it is still not done. And I don’t have refund, and I don’t have Phone. So why would I pay any thing when your service reps and managers can not do their jobs and get customer resolution.
I have photos,tracking numbers and detail times names and reference of call.
so I am at a loss what to do now.
