It's understandable how frustrating it can be to go without active service, AudreyR. Let’s meet in a Direct Message (DM) to discuss that payment you sent in.

Please check your Direct Message Inbox for a message being sent to you. Look for the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums page.

In those instances when a payment is due, there are other convenient ways to pay your AT&T bill such as making payments online, over the phone, in person, and by mail. You can find those instructions under DETAILED INFO at Ways to pay your bill.

Also, using AutoPay saves time, and you're able to avoid possible late fees when you automatically pay your bill each month. Here's how to set it up:

You can use your bank account, debit card, or credit card to sign up for AutoPay.

  1. Go to AutoPay. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select the account you want to sign up for AutoPay, if you have multiple accounts.
  3. Toggle AutoPay On.
  4. Follow the prompts to finish signing up.
  5. Repeat these steps for each account you want to pay automatically.

Have a balance due? Check the Pay my account balance box while you're signing up. That way you don't have to worry about paying it later.

Be sure to watch for that message in your DM. We want to look into this for you so that we can get you a definite resolution with your experience.
