Live Chat?
Is there an actual live chat on the website. If so where?
I am in an infinite loop, my phone doesn't work, so I can't call 611 and I can't make an insurance claim without a pass code, I can't change my passcode with out a text message verification, I can't view text messages because my phone does not work!!!!!!

Hello @nk1213
We can help with your insurance claim.
To file an insurance claim, your device must be enrolled in AT&T device protection. To verify your enrollment in AT&T device protection, follow the steps in change or remove AT&T wireless features to view your features. You must file your claim within 60 days of damage.
You can reset or change your security passcode online. It’s different from your password for signing in, and it’s not related to your device or voicemail.
Once you obtain your passcode simply visit phoneclaim.com/att
to begin your claim.
We hope this helps. Please post back if you need additional help with your claim.

We can definitely answer your question about the GB storage on your device @yatosangie!
If you device has an internal set memory storage, it cannot be lowered or increased due to it being created/manufactured that way.
However, you can manage your device GB storage by adding/removing certain apps or features that's in use or not to help make your device GB storage available.
You can access our AT&T Device Support website by selecting what cellphone your have, then go to View User Manual underneath the phone image to follow the instructions provided.
We hope this helps, and reach back to us if you have questions!

ATT trying to get away with as few employees as possible, so customer service (Edited per community guidelines). You can dial 611 to try and talk to a rep if needed
