Leaving a note in the account as an authorized user
Hello,
so I am an authorized user but not a the account holder. I want to leave a note in the account that me and (another person in the account) are transferring our bill into a new account. The problem is that I don’t know the 4 digit number. Is there any way that I can do it without talking to the account holder. Also, do you know if I can ask atandt to gave the account holder a call instead of me ?
please I need your help I been trying for months

Putting a “note” in is not how it’s done. The way to do this is to submit a transfer of billing responsibility.

And you will have to get the account holder’s approval, no way around it. You can always get your own account, but you’ll lose your phone number, because that technically belongs to the account holder.
