I'm trying to get my PUK code because I accidentally put in the wrong sim pin too many times. I'm military and deployed right now, so I have no service to call AT&T. I was told to go online and get it through "manage devices and add-ons" and I'm trying and trying but nothing is happening. Instead of showing me my devices, it gives me and error with the words "It's not you, it's us. We hit a snag and can't show your info right now. Try refreshing your screen to see if that works". I've refreshed the screen, logged out and back in, and even restarted my laptop. Why is not showing up? Is there another way to get my PUK code? I can't call because I'm deployed. is there another way, or is there a way to fix this error?

You may try a US based VPN. Access is to MyATT is blocked from overseas location. 

As a deployed military member you can request unlocking of your phone. First link for unlocking and 2nd link has more information for deployed military members.
