I am trying to ensure I have an active line w ATT. I was told I made changes w in billing cycle and cancelled 2 inactive lines that day they are active w ATT bill. Verbally csr last night told me my number isn’t w ATT anymore?? I don’t have auto pay set u so what in the world is going on? If I leave, I don’t want to be hit w early term fees. What am I going to be billed for? ATT has notes on me so I just need straight answers.
