Hello @7777Jjjjjj, we'd love to help you with successfully transferring your eSIM to another other device.

If you need to replace your eSIM, you'll need to proceed with the following steps:

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview.
  2. Scroll to My devices.
  3. Choose Manage for the device that needs a new eSIM.
  4. Scroll to Options & settings and select Get a new eSIM.
  5. Confirm your selection to Get a new eSIM.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete your eSIM setup.

If both phones are eSIM compatible, you can move the eSIM between devices. Here’s how:

  1. Connect both devices to W-Fi.
  2. Go to Bring Your Own Device.
  3. Choose Move my number to a different device.
  4. Select Continue, then sign in if asked.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your transfer.

FYI: Make sure you have the IMEI of the device you want to move your number to.

While setting up your iPhone over Wi-Fi, your eSIM might download automatically or you might be prompted to install an AT&T cellular plan. If you have wireless service bars or you can make a call, you’re all set.

If you're still unable to connect, we'd suggest you try this:

1.  Connect to Wi-fi.
2.  Swipe down from the top of your screen to open your notifications.
3.  Choose the AT&T Cellular Plan Ready to be Installed notification
4.  Select Continue.

Don’t see a notification? You might have to activate your iPhone first.

If you received an eSIM activation card with a QR code from AT&T, follow these detailed steps to activate the QR code:
  1. Open the Camera app and scan the QR code.
  2. Tap the Cellular Plan Detected notification when it appears.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Tap Add Cellular Plan and follow the prompts on your device.
Feel free to reach back out to let us know if these options and steps helped!
