Illegal transfer of my account/Privacy issue
I would like to know why after reporting through obstruction of phone service and the illegal account access, att/fcc has done nothing to stop it from occurring.

For whatever reason, my phone will show that I have reached my data limit and I'm suppose to have unlimited data. Also somehow they appear to be able to gain access to my phone or websites that I'm on and block me from purchases or change the sizes of items that I'm trying to get. I do know that with using my email or identity that it is forfeiture of assets and they shouldn't cancel my orders.

What is the name of your plan? Unlimited data really means unlimited, there is no data limit. What you might be seeing is a warning you are reaching the threshold where data speed might be slowed.
That sounds like whatever accounts you use on those websites have been hacked. That would have nothing to do with ATT. If so, that explains why ATT has done nothing to stop it, there is nothing they can do to stop it.

The sad part is that I was hacked 3 years ago and now after notifying the proper authorities, they allowed my identity,credit, bank accounts, medical records and allowed everything else that I had to be stolen and altered and gave me the excuse that they were aware but couldn't do anything because they will need to represent the government in a negligence/civil case. The att part is that my billing history doesn't match my payments made. The excuse given by an employee as to why my phone account showed someone had tried to add a line and purchase a new iPhone was that they could not determine as to whom had gained access and could not give me a reason for my number showing up as a 502 number instead of a 859.

Whoever steals your identity through email or obtains products using your identity according to what I have found out, must forfeit assets its called aggravated identity theft.

@Chevygrl859
That was @JefferMC tossing a pop culture trivia out...
"Twilight Zone" is the title of a Golden Earring song from 1982.
Identity theft is a police/law enforcement matter.
They should have given you information on how to keep your data secure when using the internet. Hopefully you are not making the same mistakes that you did if you have already been the victim of identity theft.
