I signed up with promotion from AT&T to sign up for Autopay for $50.00
I signed up with promotion from AT&T to sign up for Autopay for $50.00 on January 2016. I have called 2 times every month. Every months is waiting for 30-40 minutes. Agents don't know anything. They ask for email they have no record of previous call/chat its frustrating when will I get my card? its May! 4 months after the initial promise
