I need my deleted messages and calls restored

This is a customer populated forum, you are conversing mostly with other customers although you may get a response directly from AT&T.

This information cannot be deleted from your online usage report.

It could be deleted from your phone logs. Under what circumstances is this information no longer available to you?

Do you regularly back up your phone? If you back up your phone on a regular basis you can restore from a recent backup which would replace those logs. Otherwise the information no longer exists. 

If you deleted them, they're gone forever.
