I can’t prove my identity
I am attempting to access my AT&T account. My password and username are all correct. However, the final step requires you to verify your identity by imputting a code sent to your phone. My phone cannot receive texts right now, so I am utterly locked out. I am in rural Africa and cannot call AT&T to help me unlock it. Is there any alternate way of proving my identity? How can I get into my account or at the very least get in contact with an AT&T representative?

Update: the internationale number seems to be down in this country. It awnsers for a second, says something in garbled French, and then hangs up automatically. Are there any other ways to contact AT&T?

You probably wouldn’t be able to log into your account even if you could receive the text. Account access is blocked from most locations abroad. That international number is the only way I know of to contact ATT from abroad.
