I can’t prove my identity
I am attempting to access my AT&T account. My password and username are all correct. However, the final step requires you to verify your identity by imputting a code sent to your phone. My phone cannot receive texts right now, so I am utterly locked out. I am in rural Africa and cannot call AT&T to help me unlock it. Is there any alternate way of proving my identity? How can I get into my account or at the very least get in contact with an AT&T representative?
