How to re-enroll in AT&T Signature Program?

I was removed from the AT&T Signature Program because I cannot upload my proof of eligibility in the past 14 days( just got my student ID yesterday, but it was too late). So how can I re-enroll in this program?

Hello allen31, let's get you pointed in the right direction to get  you enrolled in the AT&T Signature program.

We know the impact of not getting the benefits that we are eligible for. Enjoy the AT&T Signature Program.

Let’s make sure you’re getting the most out of the program.
  • AT&T Wireless account owners with a qualifying wireless plan can get AT&T Signature Program benefits like:
    • Monthly plan discounts
    • Waived activation or upgrade fees
    • Special accessory discounts
  • Have multiple lines on your AT&T Wireless account? All your lines may be eligible for a monthly discount based on the plan selected for each line.
  • Is someone other than the account owner eligible for the benefits? Be sure to transfer billing responsibility to them.
  • Each wireless account can only have one AT&T Signature Program benefit. Have two people on your account with different sponsoring groups? Pick the best one and make sure the account’s in that person’s name.

Get AT&T Signature benefits

  1. Go to Check your savings eligibility.
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. Select Check eligibility. Already enjoying AT&T Signature Program benefits? You’ll also have to sign in to your account or provide us info about your account.
  4. View your results. If you qualify for benefits, we'll let you know if you’re eligible right away, or ask for documents to verify your eligibility.

Good to know:
  • If a document is required, you’ll have up to 14 days to send it to us.
  • It may take up to two bill periods for your program benefits to show on your bill.

You can also take proof of eligibility to an AT&T Retail store for assistance with enrollment.

Hope this helps you out.
