how do I...I am not under contract and want to remove a line to downgrade my wireless plan to individual plan
How do I remove the device and line to change my plan? Do I have to call /go into a location OR can I just do it myself online???

You must call to have a line disconnected. You can change your plan online, if you would like; in fact, it might be better because you will be able to see exactly what you're getting.
