How DO I speak with support ?
I am trying to resolve issues with my account, but when I call the support number, I get routed around to changing my password. I wish to speak to a person, since I cannot access my account and my Max subscription is now invalid.
The website routes me to directtv, no matter what I try,
When I call the support number, list as open 24/7, I get a recording trying to get tme to change my password, then routed to a message that says support is closed and I can schedule a call back during "normal operating hours". Since support is supposed to be open 24/7, anytime should be normal operating hours !
How do I contact support and speak to a real LIVE person???
I have been a customer for more than 25 years, but this support issue is really making me reconsider my choice in providers
