HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
After being a long time customer of att I have made the decision of taking my business somewhere else…. Not only they took my 2 iPhones as “trade in” but never gave me credits on the account for them… and now “they don’t show they received the phones in their system” I spoke to different people they all had different versions…. Requested a supervisor was even worst ….. not wasting my money anymore
