Hi, I have never received my FAN Pin
Here’s the story, I created an smb profile with AT&T. Called in and they said I need account number or fan pin to verify the account. went to Same store i setup account plus two others and they said in order to reset the pin I need to call customer service. Seems like a complete loop.
