grant secondary access

I add my friend to my family plan and she wanted to create a user Id. But when she sent me a email to request secondary access and I tried to grant access via email, it shows “to protect security, I cannot send offer access code(RBO003)” I want to know how to solve this problem. Thank you very much.

Hello there, @yuyiyanhahaha!

As stated in the image you submitted, the Account Owner has to grant secondary access to any trusted user. Our user permissions chart shows the tasks Retail Authorized Users and authenticated callers can perform for a wireless account.

So since you (or someone else on your account) are the Account Owner, then you will need to submit the request for your friend who was just added to your account.

We hope this info helps!
