AT&T related help: Report an unauthorized AT&T account or an account change
Hello, I submitted all the required paperwork to report fraudulent activity to the AT&T fraud website (https://attfraud.custhelp.com/app/mobility). I submitted this documentation on August 3rd. It said I would receive a response within 3-5 business days but I haven't heard anything yet. Whenever I call the fraud support number I am unable to speak with a human being and instead i keep getting redirected to the same pre-recorded messages. How can I find an update on the status of my case?
