Firstnet Family migration
I finally decided to migrate to a Firstnet and Family account. I did so in the store. A horrible experience as the retail store associate I met had little knowledge of Firstnet. I then had to call Firstnet for service help, they asked me to create a new login with a new email so I did. Now I can login to first but I can’t find anything related to my account. I try to manage account. Can’t be found. I try to login with my previous login and it locked or suspended. How can this be so hard?
