Firstnet Family migration
I finally decided to migrate to a Firstnet and Family account. I did so in the store. A horrible experience as the retail store associate I met had little knowledge of Firstnet. I then had to call Firstnet for service help, they asked me to create a new login with a new email so I did. Now I can login to first but I can’t find anything related to my account. I try to manage account. Can’t be found. I try to login with my previous login and it locked or suspended. How can this be so hard?

If calling AT&T and FirstNet doesn't help you resolve the situation, you can file a better business bureau complaint online. But a business bureau complaints don't actually do anything other than forward your complaint to AT&T upper Management.
Upper management seems to have more clout and more brains than the average peon that works for AT&T that has neither the skill nor the intelligence to be able to resolve problems created by their own system
Forwarding back to AT&T upper Management as usually almost instantaneous. Usually you will get contact by phone or email within two or three business days of your complaint. If you receive contact by phone it may not indicate it is an AT&T call
