Assuming it was an AT&T corporate store or authorized retailer, you go down to the bottom of this page where it says locate a store. Use the search function to search the city and state, then find the correct address. Click on that and there is a "review" header . It would also be a good idea to communicate directly with the store manager if the incident was with an employee
