Fan Pin

I just got off the phone with an att rep.  I was trying to set up my new account online, but it asked for a fan pin. I never received one.  I have not received my first bill either. When I asked the rep for my fan pin he said he needed my account number to verify my identity.  But I have not received a bill.  I do not have an account number. I do not have a fan pin. I cannot access my account.  What can I do?

We know that this is something important to you. We'll help to get this sorted. 

 

If you have opted for signature discount, you need to take the Fan pin from your school, institution or organization. Please contact your employer to get the FAN pin.

 

FAN is a Foundation Account Number (which is a tad misleading) is provided by an employer for a discount. Generally you have to get the PIN from your employer in order to get the discount.
