I just got off the phone with an att rep. I was trying to set up my new account online, but it asked for a fan pin. I never received one. I have not received my first bill either. When I asked the rep for my fan pin he said he needed my account number to verify my identity. But I have not received a bill. I do not have an account number. I do not have a fan pin. I cannot access my account. What can I do?
