Error Upgrading Device
Website Error when trying to upgrade phone through business account
I have been trying to upgrade a watch through the website for a week now, but it keeps bringing up the same error:
Call us or visit a store
Looks like you can’t upgrade your device online. Call 800.331.0500 or visit an AT&T store, and we’ll help you get upgraded.
The accounts page used to work fine & recognized the make/model of all devices I have on the account. I called and spend an hour on the phone with no resolve, so I still can't upgrade through the site.
I want to be able to do this online and not at a store or by calling, it's not convenient.
Is there any way to fix the website so I can upgrade via my online account as I have in the past? I have cleared all cookies multiple times, tried on 3 different browsers, 2 different computers, and on my phone—the same error on all.
