Error Trying to combine User IDs

Hi,

I just changed plans and the new one includes HBO. I am having issues logging in to HBO due to an extra Login ID tied to my ATT account. I have tried to combine them but and also getting an error trying to do this.

I can log in to My ATT without issue, this other ID was only used in the past under Watch ATT to login into HBO, but I have not had that access for a while. Now that I do and now that I cannot merge the IDs, I cannot log in to HBO.

Thanks for getting that detailed information. First please double check the information for your existing user id's with your AT&T services. While WATCH TV user id is often the same as  your My AT&T information, it can be different. Let us know how long it's been since you changed plans, and what your current plan is. Thanks.
