Equipment Returned

I returned my equipment about a week ago (within the time frame I was given to return it). I received two emails from AT&T stating that it was returned. I also have the slip from FedEx showing it was returned. Yet I’m getting phone calls that if it is not returned within 48 hours I will be charged for the equipment. How can I be charged for equipment that was returned a week ago?

I’ve tried calling customer service several times today and no one is picking up.

When you call AT&T, the automated phone tree picks up,  use the keywords cancel service. This should forward you to directly to the loyalty department and they can help you
