ending a subscription to ESPN+ that was watched on an iphone but set up thru direct tv
i set up an espn+ account for my son to watch on his i- phone. I was told i must go thru my cable tv provider to set this up. Direct tv is my satellite provider and ATT is my cell phone provider. I called ATT and Direct TV and they both said they cannot end my subscripton to the app.. Can someone please help

that is what i am trying to do . Direct tv said they cant /ATT said they cant
espn + app phone number (which sounded like a house) said i should have a subscriptin under my apple id which i do not. but i have the app and it still works.

You followed the process that skeeterintexas laid out above? I ask because you state "Direct tv said they cant /ATT said they cant" and neither has anything to do with the process above. If you did what she said, and it did not work...
How, EXACTLY, did you set this up in the first place? Whose web site? What login information? And most importantly, where does your monthly charge show up?
